The President of the Republic of Ghana in creating a society devoid of discrimination and ensuring all inclusiveness has appointed Mr. Joseph Makubu as the Oti Regional Minister pending approval from the Appointment Committee.
Though Mr. Joseph Makubu is a person living with disability, he exudes a lot of confidence and professionalism in all his dealings. His years of serving the NPP has been rewarded.
The minister designate is currently the NPP Secretary of the Oti Region. According to sources available to rymcitigh.com, he is also said to be a professional teacher.
If approved, history would never forget him as the first Oti Regional minister to head the new region.
