Ketu South NDC Parliamentary Primaries: Foga Nukunu Launches a Comeback- DETAILS!

As the National Democratic Congress (NDC) readies itself for the 2024 General Elections, the battles for the internal contests have already started making waves. One of the constituencies to keep a close eye on is the Ketu South.  

According to a declaration of intent by one of the candidates seeking to unseat the incumbent, Dzifa Abla Gomashie, he revealed that he is focused and wants to provide humble and respectful leadership for his people. That he noted, has been missing in the constituency. 

WHO IS FOGA D. NUKUNU?

Foga D. Nukunu who has been teaching in Ketasco for the past sixteen (16) years hails from Avedzi and Batorme. He is a descent of Kpetseku and Kloveh Families. The grassroots man has a rich political experience of high standing within the party. 

Here are few of them: 

Branch Secretary, Branch Chairman, Constituency Youth Organiser, Constituency Secretary. He has served as Registration  and Polling Agents of the party since 2004. He has also served as Elected Assembly Member for Duta Electoral Area. 

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

Akporkploe Primary School, Huime Agordome JSS, St Paul’s Secondary School, University of Ghana, Legon, 2000 to 2004- BA Political Science and Linguistics, University of Ghana,  Legon, 2020, MA Public Affairs. 

If what happened previously is anything to go by, then, certainly, there is no doubt that the battle ahead would be keenly contested and the next few months would be eventful. 

Checks done by rymcitigh.com also revealed that Foga D. Nukunu would not be a pushover because of his relationship with persons on the ground. He believed strongly that would inure to his benefit.
