KETASCO emerged winner of the 69th Independence Day Schools Quiz Competition held on 1st March, 2026.
The contest which was organized by the Ghana Education Service(GES), saw four senior high schools competing for the ultimate prize and bragging rights. Right at the start of the contest, the contestants made compelling statements on why they deserve the title. This year’s contest was on the theme: “Building Prosperity, Restoring Hope.”
The other three finalists were Bolgatanga Senior High School, Serwaa Kesse Girls’ Senior High School and Akumadan Senior High School. There were moments of great admiration for the contestants as they showed their prowess on stage.
The win for the DZOLALIANS has come at an opportune time as the school climaxed its 73rd Anniversary Celebration over the weekend. This could be termed a double dose of celebration for the school.
In a related development, Team KETASCO arrived to a rousing welcome from management, staff and students.
The annual event took place at GNAT Hostel, Bediako Hall, in Adabraka, Accra.
