Business News Reporter Cum Coconut Seedlings Seller: Follow Fred Duhoe’s inspiring journey.

Those who make it in life are not necessarily born with silver spoons in their mouths. There are those who suddenly learn to be defiant in order to lay claim to their own comfort zone. This is the juicy story of one of Volta Region’s enterprising sons. 

Fred Duhoe, is a native of Adidome, a beautiful town located in the Central Tongu District of the Volta Region of Ghana. 

The former student of Anlo Senior High School (ANSECO) and Ghana Institute of Journalism(GIJ) has always prided himself in the ability to turn situations around and this attribute, he exhibits with so much believe in the Supreme Being for directions. 

Fred holds Diploma in Basic School Certificate from the prestigious St Francis College of Education in Hohoe( FRANCO). He taught for five years as a professional teacher and when his dream aspiration came calling, he decided to give it a try. Since then, his aim has always been to lead and inspire in every way possible through news reportage. 

He revealed to rymcitigh.com that the decision to change his career path was never an easy task. There were times that he contemplated going back to the classroom because things were not what he expected but he stood resolute and persisted. This, he hammered has been his story till date. 

The now coconut seedlings seller and still a reporter has been identified by many who come into contact with him as the next big thing because he is determined and defiant. His new found love has certainly generated a lot of buzz on social media due to his marketing strategies. 

Fred is into philanthropic work as well. He runs an NGO called LiftUs Foundation. Through this, funds are raised from benevolent individuals to acquire wheelchairs for physically challenged persons in the country. The donations are done twice a year. 

The avid tourism promoter and drone pilot advises the youth of today to always stay focused in times of adversities . According to him, there are enormous opportunities available to the youth to start something that could last a life time. 

He revealed that he has not quit journalism but the start of the rainy season means that another opportunity must be utilized. That is why he is on the move with his coconut seedlings selling business. 

The sky is always the limit for the bold.
