The committee responsible for the vetting of MMDCE aspirants has submitted its final list to the Office of the President for further consideration.
Details have emerged that the committee, after vigorous vetting, has recommended Mr. Edward Kwadzo Eddah for nomination as DCE. The nominee who is in pole position to succeed Mr. Seth Kwashie Yormewu was the Parliamentary Candidate for the party in 2016. He is eloquent in communicating government policies.
Mr. Kwadzo Eddah is in good standing and relates well with the party grassroots in the constituency. The current DCE is said to be embroiled in an ongoing EOCO case and therefore, cannot go for another term.
Mr. Kwadzo Edward Eddah was the first Vice Chairman of NPP in the then Keta Constituency from 2000 to 2004. He holds an MA in Public Administration from the University of Ghana; a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from GIMPA; and a BA in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Ghana.
He fought off competitions from Mr. Adranyi Joseph Kujo and the incumbent, Mr. Seth Kwashie Yormewu.
